Q: What is Permanent Jewellery?
The friendship bracelet has been elevated to new heights and become a sophisticated, long lasting, high quality piece of custom fit jewellery.
Unlike traditional jewellery with clasps, Permanent Jewellery has a jump ring that is welded closed and so it is designed to stay on indefinitely. It is not meant to be removed for activities like sleeping or showering, although it can be taken off if necessary, using sharp scissors.
Q: What chain options do you have?
Currently, we offer a range of elegant chains in gold filled, sterling silver and gold plated stainless steel. Please refer to the images on the product listing or feel free to reach out to us for more detailed information!
Q: What if I want my Permanent Jewellery removed?
It's all good, you can use scissors, wire cutters, or pliers to cut off your jewellery. We recommend cutting the connector jump ring instead of the chain itself. This allows for easier reattachment if you wish to put it back on, and if needed, we offer a polish and re-welding service for $20 per item.

Q: Where can I find you?
We are always booking in pop up events at markets or boutiques, keep an eye on the Pop Up’s page for dates and locations. Alternatively, you can book your own Permanent Jewellery Bracelet Bar at your next event and we can come to you!
Q: How old do I have to be?
We do not put Permanent Jewellery on any person under the age of 13. We ask that children aged 13 - 16 years come with a legal guardian.
Q: Will this affect me going through airport security?
Due to the fine nature of our chains, they will not need to be removed when going through airport security.
Q: Under what circumstance would I need to remove my Permanent Jewellery?
If you are undergoing any medical procedures like surgery or an MRI you will need to remove your Permanent Jewellery. You can easily cut the connector jump ring with a sharp pair of scissors. Keep the chain and you can have it re-welded at another date.
Q: I love the idea of a custom fit piece of jewllery but I’m not willing to commit to something permanent.
Not a problem at all! You're more than welcome to join us, and we'll create a custom-fit piece just for you. If you prefer the option to remove it, we can also install a clasp for an additional fee.

Q: What if it breaks?
Please inform us immediately of any breakage and provide details on how it occurred. If the breakage happens within 2 weeks of application, specifically at the site of the welded jump ring, we will cover the cost of the repair. However, for any repairs needed beyond the initial 2 week period a $20 re-weld fee will be charged.
Q: What if something happens to my Permanent Jewellery?
We ask that you notify us and reach out with any concerns or questions you may have. We want you to feel happy with the jewellery you chose!
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 2 week warranty period from the date of purchase.
Coverage: We guarantee that your permanent jewellery is free from defects in materials and workmanship. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any permanent jewellery that is found to be defective. This warranty covers:

Breakage or deformation under normal use

Breaks in the weld only at the site of the connecting jump ring
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

How to Claim: To initiate a warranty claim, please email us detailing your date of purchase, details on what has happened plus an image of your defective jewellery.
